Most TorZon problems have simple causes.
The access queue holds everyone briefly by design. If it stalls far longer than a minute, the cause is usually your Tor circuit. Request a new circuit and retry, or switch to one of the other six addresses. With seven live onions there is almost always one that opens quickly.
If the header or captcha address does not match your bar, stop, that is the phishing signal, close the tab and copy a verified address fresh. A deposit that has not shown is usually waiting on confirmations, and you sent to the correct order's address.
